Great stay!

This was my first time to Japan and I was travelling with a friend. We decided to stay at Hotel Shu because of the price and location. While we were ultimately not disappointed, you should know that the twin bed suite is very tiny - typical for anY Japanese apartment. Communication with the hotel via email was prompt, timely. However, at the front desk it was limited because of our understanding of Japanese. If you need to book a taxi, make sure to ask the staff 24 hours in advance! I would definitely stay again. The self check in was a breeze and the place was very clean. The location was a tremendous advantage. There is a 7-11 and grocery store right around the corner.

清掃料を返してほしいです

一見綺麗に見えましたが、部屋の家具や棚の上、家具に近い床など埃がたまっていました。また、前の人の使い終わったコンタクトがそのまま放置され、お菓子の空き袋が床に散乱しており、到底よい宿泊施設とはいえません。 備品も予備が準備されておらず、トイレットペーパーがなくなり連絡したところ、備品倉庫から持っていくようにと言われました。 清掃料を4000円取られますが、どこに使われているのか全くの謎で無駄金です。 ペット可とのことでペットとの宿泊でしたが、安心して部屋の中を歩かせてあげることができませんでした。 チェックイン、アウトは対面ではない点でスムーズでした。

部屋はマンションの一室みたいな感じで、コンロや食器、洗濯機などいろいろ完備されてました。部屋自体も綺麗で快適でした。ただ、布団が薄く少し寒かったのと、宿泊代とは別で清掃料金をチェックインの際に支払わなければならないことをもう少し大々的に書いていただきたかったです。

浴槽がかなりカビ臭く部屋まで異臭があり換気を1時間程度して落ちついた。 事前連絡や予約確認書にも記載されてない清掃料金を受付時はじめて言われた。 チェックイン時間を臨機応変に対応していただけたので良かったです。

ロケーション的にすごくいいです！ただ、目の前に大きなマンションがあるので、ビル風がすごくて、室内もなかなか温まらなく寒いです！ 普通のマンションみたいな感じで、自分の部屋みたいで落ち着き、すごく建物自体綺麗です！ ただ、、、8日間ほど滞在しましたが、バスタオルはその間1枚のみ！自分で洗濯しないといけません。 部屋の掃除も自分でですが、、、掃除機やトイレ掃除やお風呂掃除の道具がなく、自分で全部買いました！ フロントで貸して欲しい旨を伝えましたが、ないということでした！ 中国人の方経営なので、日本の風習とは違うのかもですねー！トイレもすごく臭くて、当日に一旦全ての掃除をしました！

施設は出来たばかりなので綺麗です！ 普通のマンションという感じで、ホテルというより、自分の家みたいな感じです。 ペット可なのですごく助かりました！！ 8日間宿泊しましたが、バスタオルは1枚を自分で洗濯しないといけないし、トイレ掃除やお風呂掃除もなしです。洗剤は何一つないので、タワシやら洗剤やらアルコール消毒やら、全て自分でコンビニで買いました！ 設備は綺麗ですが、掃除が行き届いておらず、トイレの臭いが臭く、尿の垂れた跡とかがありましました。 宿泊1回に対して、5000円程度の清掃代を別途現地で取られるので、しっかり毎日掃除&タオルの交換ぐらいはしてもらいたいです。 １泊とかでも5000円は取られるみたいなので、短いお泊まりだと逆に高くついてしまいそうだと思います！ 長期滞在には安いと思うので、おススメです！ けど、、、洗剤持参をお忘れなく！
