Very convenient place near shopping, restaurant, transportation, museum, etcc. The hotel is near both JR line, subway station , and easy access to Narita airport using Keisei line. A few minutes walk to convini when you want to buy snack or drink during late night

The hotel is located in a safe, quiet and convenient neighbourhood. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to help — even if there’s a language barrier, they happily use tools like Google Translate to ensure clear communication. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely bonus, and the hotel’s partnership with Yamato Transport makes it easy to arrange luggage transfers between cities. There are also plenty of great dining options within walking distance, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

First stay in Japan! Very small room but worked with it. Decent bed. Clean. Good AC. Quiet. It is around the corner from so many shopping and dining options. Loved the feel of Ueno. Walkable to everything! Highly recommend if you need a place to stay thats walking distance to many places and has a very active nightlife.

Great place to stay in Tokyo, walkable distance from JR and metro lines. If youre coming from narita airport theres the Narita Skyliner that stop and Ueno station which is about a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Breakfast was nice, theres a set menu to choose from for the free breakfast. Some people might find it a bit light but i do recommend the pancakes and toast. The room is small in comparison to other hotels around the world but this was pretty standard for tokyo. They also offer extra amenities by the reception if theres anything extra you might want. They also offer Ta-Q-Bin which is the delivery service for your luggage if you want to send it to another hotel in tokyo (for it to arrive same day) or to other cities. Pretty straight forward process and theyll sort out all the paperwork for you.

This hotel is located in literally the best area for food. So so many food options just a few steps away and also steps away from the stations as well. Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel had all the amenities we needed. The free breakfast is a plus.
