It was nice that we could drop off our luggage earlier than when we checked in. It was also nice that they had a breakfast in the morning, for a fee. We found our room to be adequate, it was not too well ventilated and the windows would fog up. The beds were good to sleep in.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Breakfast was yum. Walking distance to Tokyo disneysea, maihama station and you can use the Disney monorail to get to Disneyland. Also close to a cool playground. Added bonus was the foot and calf massager in the room.
