The staff was all very great and nice, however, the room was unfortunately not a great experience. First, the the outlets in the desk did not work. Thankfully, there was a rat's next of wires that looked like they could start a fire at any moment, which had one open plug available that worked. The water in the bathroom could not keep a consistent temperature when taking a shower/bath; it would cycle from hot to cold every few seconds. The space between the toilet and the tissue roll was very uncomfortable, and my feet were practically outside the door due to how small the bathroom is. Alongside a pretty stiff, springy bed, the pillow was one of the most uncomfortable things I've slept on as well.

Pros: clean room, friendly and helpful staff, location makes the stay worth it (by a mall and convenience store), quiet hotel and neighborhood Cons: very small rooms, visible damage to the room I would stay here again if i was traveling solo but not if i was sharing a room with someone. Very tiny room for Japanese hotel standard, specially for 2 people. This is because the room is oriented as a long rectangle with a narrow walkway so you have to avoid the other person constantly as you walk between the bathroom and the bed. Bathroom was also very tiny for Japanese hotel standard.

This hotel we perfect for us, the rooms are on the smaller side or what you would expect in the UK however my partner and I made it work, the hotel is a short walk from a station with a Lawsons right opposite. The staff were friendly and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Would definitely stay with MyStays again.

The hotel was okay… the staff were very nice. It was just the room. We booked a smoking room cause it was cheaper. But we didn’t expect the room to be pretty dirty and to us, uncomfortable. It still smelt like cigarettes, our sheets had somewhat “blood” stains. Bathroom wasn’t clean good enough. There were stains on the sink and on the shower curtains. The wallpaper was peeling off AND there were yellow stains on the wall. We were very uncomfortable and we were supposed to stay there for a whole week. We tried to get a refund and told them about our experience but we couldn’t since we booked from here and not their official website. Other than that, there were Lawson across the street and around the block was a mall which was good. ALSO it was walking distance from the train station.
