Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were a bit small but sufficient for our needs (which was two rooms for a family of 4) Everything in the room worked, was clean and were in good condition. Great location with lots of restaurants in the area and easy walking distance to a couple of the major train lines so you can explore Tokyo.

The room had a weird smell. Especially the bathroom. If you have bad allergies or get sick easily, I would not recommend. The pictures are way better than the reality. The staff were very friendly though. The beds are also super hard.

First off, all of the Front Desk staff are very professional and helpful. Most of them, during our stay, spoke English well. The hotel is a bit older than "the Premier" property a few blocks away. So do not expect perfect conditions in-room. That said, there seemed to be a lack of the typical Japanese 'white glove' treatment. There was mildew in the grout of our bathroom. The head board of the bed had a good amount of dust collected on it-- easy enough to remedy ourselves w a wet towel but... Otherwise, it got the job done for a good price in an amazing location for subway or JR surface transits. Tokyo Tower is just a few blocks away. Lots of hole-in-the-wall eateries in the immediate area and two Family Mart convini less than a block away. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed here for 11 nights and I don’t recommend it if staying too long. The bad aspects of this hotel were that there was a constant mildew smell for a week straight that only went away after blasting the room with AC and opening the window. I think the high humidity + poor ventilation causes that mildew smell that permeates the whole room. Also, the comforter used was terrible and the sheet had a mysterious stain on it. The comforter was attached to the cover with two flimsy strings and falls off during the night. It did NOT seem like a nice and clean sleeping experience. It did not help that I can hear the cleaning staff loudly yell at each other in the corridors in the morning. Don’t know what language they’re yelling in, but it was annoying. The only good things about this place was the LOCATION (close proximity to two stations) and the welcoming front desk staff that said hello to me every time I walked by.

Terrible experience

The room was very small, hardly had enough space for our suitcase - even though it was called superior queen. The elevator was very slow, no laundry facility, no breakfast, the in-room safe was not functioning. We had 3 night stay and we asked them to fix the safe in the morning of the second day but was not fixed till late third day (we didn't have a chance to use it). Worst of all, whoever came to fix the safe left the room door open an inch that anyone could come and steal all our belongings. On top of that, it was very expensive to stay. Never again!!

For the price I really can't complain. Location is pretty good - handy to Tokyo tower, station and subway very near by. Clean and tidy, free coffee in the lobby, staff very friendly.
