Great hotel

The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom had a bit of an odd smell but it was very clean.

Hotel location is close to a lot of shops and dining options. Walking distance to sensoji temple. And 10 min walk to train station. Asakusa location is not too crowded compared to shinjuku or shibuya area which I love about it. Staff are very nice, accommodating they speak English it’s a plus. I will definitely stay here again if ever I’m back in Tokyo.

Amazing location, would stay again.

Great location, right in the midst of Asakusa. Everything is easily walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and we found the hotel to be extremely functional. The only downside I found was the comfort of the bed. The pillows were small and flat and the comforter quite thin, but I won’t hold that against them as I believe that is pretty standard in Japan. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable rooms, close to the temple… but you’ll need almost an expedition to get there from the metro or train. I misplaced my room key: verdict? $7 to replace it. Yes, seven dollars. In a country where you can eat for four. I guess my key must have been made of solid gold… Efficient front desk, sure, but with policies like this, my advice: keep your keys—and your money.

We really enjoyed that our family of four could stay in one room together. We all got single beds ourselves and there was also a table with two chairs in the room. It also had a fridge for all the drinks we bought and each day the hotel provided four bottles of water for free as we chose economy cleaning of our room. They set up three cold teas, coffee and several choices of hot teas out from the afternoon until midnight. Nice touch coming back from a long day out exploring. We enjoyed the walk through the temple area to get to and from the train each day. Plenty to explore and tons of food choices close to hotel. We really enjoyed the area and would definitely return to this hotel.
The whole room was a bath and shower room. Outside had a sink for washing hands.
