The rooms are small but this is normal for Japan. They offer lots of amenities, staff are nice and the rooms are clean. There is also a decent breakfast. The hotel is also in a great location. Walking distance to several 7/11's, a major train station and a Don Quijote

Great location! Near convenient stores, restaurants and shops. 6 minutes walk to the Nishikasai train station and bus. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillow was hard and only provided one pillow per twin bed. Would appreciate to have at least two softer pillows. Breakfast was good, especially the mash potatoes and variety of breads. It would be nice to have an alternative than having little sausages everyday. Would definitely stay again at Hotel Lumiere Nishikasai!

Breakfast was served from 0600-1000. Menu changed everyday. Room was clean. Air conditioning in the room worked great. Check in was smooth. Checming out was convenient. 7 mins away from train station. Family mart right across the property. I did not use car parking but there seemed to be car parking availbility.

We were pleasantly surprised by the combination washer and dryer in our room. Breakfast was delicious with some of the options changing every other day. The beds were comfortable if a bit firmer than I prefer, but Japan consistently has firmer mattresses than I prefer. The staff were also very helpful.
