The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location was really great lots of good food and shopping around and very close to metro. The hotel itself was nice however the rooms were a little run down. You can just tell/feel it’s an old hotel

Hotel was nice overall, and service and conditions worthy of the price. It was upsetting that the hotel amenities were limited, and the Godzilla draw didn't really benefit hotel guests (not allowed on patio where the head is, restaurant with limited hours and [gasp] $10 espresso (standard shot) from the bar. Overall, it was nice, but ultimately an average stay.

Located right in the middle of Ginza, the location was great when unloading shopping. Although we found it to be too touristy. The hotel has good amenties. However, understandably the room was quite small.

One of my favourite location in Tokyo. Next to Ginza Six with just minutes walk from the Ginza metro station. Small room but acceptable for the price. You don’t expect magic for Ginza’s room. A lot of F&B options in Ginza. You will have everything you need for shopping within Ginza. A 20 min taxi ride from Haneda Airport. My room came with a Dyson hair dryer. I loved it so much I bought one for my home. No bottled water provided but no issues for me.

Staff were friendly! Beautiful neighborhood! Room way too small unable to open my large luggage need to put in bed ! No lotion ,toothpaste you have to go to the lobby to get amenities !! Breakfast same variety everyday for 5 days stay ! I don’t think it meet 4 star hotel as I’ve said a great beighborhood
