The location of the Gracery Ginza is very ideal. It’s close to the main Ginza road and near enough to multiple train and metro stations. I do wish there was a convenience store closer but it’s a minor detail. We weren’t informed that there was a complimentary coffee station in the lobby and microwave. We discovered it when we were checking out. Other than that, the rooms were exactly a described - small but it did the job. I love that there were 4 pillows!

Staff were very helpful I found the area around the hotel to be safe and clean, the room was clean did not use shops around hotel , the only thing my wife and I found to be below par was the breakfast which we both found to be cold and tasteless and the same thing every day, but this did not spoil our visit but can can be approved on .Regards Brian and Sue Barnes

This hotel is very close to Higashi Ginza and Ginza stations. The room itself was fine but I found the bed covers to be too warm and always woke up drenched in sweat.

The hotel is decent, in the Ginza area. However there was a odd smell in the room. Other than that. It is a decent location if you want to be in Ginza area surrounded by luxury stores and expensive restaurants. Hotel lobby has self serve toiletries.

A clean, basic hotel room, about 10mins walk to Ginza / Higashi-Ginza stations. Next to Ginza 6, with good selection of restaurants & a whiskey place. A short walk to boutiques & brands. Uniqlo flagship is right across from the other side of Ginza 6. Lobby at L3, refreshment section has coffee & orange juice, there’s a dried flowers section where you can make your own scent sachets, super cool

This a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the pajamas that are provided are both top and bottoms, which is nice. Also take complementary toiletries are very nice and they have an extremely large option/range of things to choose from including nice face products!
