Lots of great translations and info in English. Small walkways and no elevator, so stair challenged beware. Quiet neighborhood , but great location to all west Tokyo tourist stops. Visit out to Jiyugaoka and the Toney neighbourhoods of Den-on Chofu and Toritsu Daigaku. Coffee and great restaurants with very few non-Japanese about.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was cozy and very clean and quiet. One thing was that the water heater made a big noise as I turned it on, so I called the host, who immediately arranged someone to check into it. When they found it is safe to take a shower, but the noise problem would be taken care of after I leave this unit. So I asked the host if I could change into another unit, the host checked into it right away, arranged me to stay at a different unit at the different location near by. The host was so caring and helpful. I recommend this place to everyone who would like to stay around Ebara Nakanobu area, which is very close to big cities like Gotanda, Tokyo, Shibuya, and so on. Thank you for the wonderful treatment.

Extremely quick communication, in a nice quieter part of Tokyo with 25 minute access to Shibuya. Room was clean and well decorated. Would love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo!

overall a good place to stay. The neighbour is very quiet, some restaurants close quite early, but there are several convenient stores around. it's only a 5 minute walk to metro station making this a very convenient location. communication was excellent. I had zero problems checking in and out. The place could be vacuumed more thoroughly though, I feel like it was a little dusty. bathroom has a tub!!!

Kitchen and full refrigerator was so clean and useful. The best part of the stay other than the overall cleanliness was the in unit washer and dryer it was so nice to not have to use a coin laundry!! The room was large for the price and had every amenity you could need.

This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though.

Great location, close to a train station, convenient store, restaurants. The unit was small but functional for the two of us for six nights. The place was a little dirty. I had to vacuum, swiffer the floors, and scrub the bathtub on the first day. Other than that, it was good.

This accommodation is in a more residential part of the city away from all the hustle and bustle and is a 5min walk to the local subway station and close to convenience stores and other amenities. The apartment itself was average and could be improved in some areas to make the stay more comfortable. The living / bed area is all crammed together leaving no space to move around. The kitchen had limited facilities i.e. no teatowels to dry pots. The brown towels need to go - they look awful and there was no specific floor towel for the shower area. It would also have been nice to have some laundry detergent or tablets provided for the washing machine. Although fairly clean, the floor was dirty and the rug looked like it needed washing. There was also a strange cheese smell lingering in the room. Check in and out was completely contactless and an easy process, so no issues there. Overall, it served it's purpose, but the property definitely lacked some attention to detail.

お部屋は綺麗でベッドも広く、駅も徒歩5分の近さで1人で泊まる分には充分でした！ 気になる点は内外の気圧差のせいかエアコン？がずっとぽこぽこなっていて少し気になりました。 またどこからか虫(蚊などの小さい飛ぶ系)が入ってきてしまい一緒に過ごしてました。なにか対策あると嬉しいです。 またスリッパの中敷？底？が外れてたので次会った時は交換されてたらな!と思います。 ただ空調を付けておいてくださったり、1人なのにタオルを2セット置いてくださったり嬉しいことの方が多かったです！ 以下設備 冷蔵庫(冷凍庫付き)、電子レンジ、食器・カトラリー、洗濯機(洗剤はなし)、浴室乾燥、ドライヤー、シャンプー・トリートメント(使用してないのでメーカー忘れました)、ボディソープ(ニベア) シャワーヘッドがリファでした！ 今回は即日対応していただきありがとうございました！また機会があれば利用したいです。

O quarto é bom, fica numa área residencial bem fofa; A única problemática é ter paredes muito finas. Pode-se ouvir os vizinhos com bastante clareza, e gera uma preocupação constante de estar incomodando com qualquer barulho. Fora isso, é confortável. Tem toalhas, máquina de lavar e uma cozinha com alguns apetrechos. A estação de metrô fica muito perto, e é muito seguro e tranquilo de andar pela região.

入室するとき鍵穴が二個所有ることに気づくのが遅れ慌てた。大きなキーボックスの陰に隠れて下の方の鍵穴に気がつくのが遅くなった。送られてきた資料の荏原中延駅から画像付き道順のページに鍵穴が二個所有ることが書いてなかったのも原因の一つ。
