Staff was amazing! They were always trying to help anyway they could. I sent my luggage from Osaka to this hotel and they accepted it and delivered it to our room without asking! Also, the room was very spacious!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Tokyo. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. We had such a nice stay at Tomos. It was cosy, compact yet has everything you need. The staff were all friendly and helpful, more importantly, they speak good English. The only down side is probably the distance to the train station. But this can be easily solved by taking a bus for 2 stops. If you are able to walk, there’s discovery down every corner!

We have enjoyed our stay here. All the staff is warm and very helpful. The room we stayed in was cozy and had all amenities that we needed. The views from their roof top floor were amazing especially at night time. There was the laundry shop next door too.

This was a very nice quiet place to stay at location was easy to walk to the Sky Tree annd Sensoji Temple. We loved 7/11 being across the street. The staff was warm, welcoming and super helpful for directions and helping us set up luggage service. We highly recommend this place as we had a hard time finding comfortable places for a family of 5.
