The room was quite compact but just what I needed. The breakfast was really high quality, and every dish was amazing. Feedback to Hotel Resol: It would be good to add grounded touch points to get rid of static electricity, as the ambient dry air, and carpets generate a lot of static.

The staff at Hotel Resol Akihabara were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay pleasant. The amenities were above expectations, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. However, the room itself was too small for two people. There was no closet space for our clothes, and moving around the room was difficult. Additionally, the heating in the hallway was excessively hot. While we understand it’s winter, the temperature felt uncomfortably high and could have been better regulated.

My room was cleaned twice during my stay. I received new towels every day. I was able to leave used towels and trash outside my door. Breakfast was fantastic with both American and Japanese items on the menu. They had healthy items in the buffet. The staff was very helpful when needed.

We enjoyed staying here because of its location conveniently located in the middle of the multiple itineraries in Tokyo. The hotel was tidy and modern, rooms are very little though, but I believe that is normal in Tokyo. The area seemed very quiet, walkable and mostly local people working or walking somewhere. It is about 10mins from the station and you have multiple 7Eleven,etc in 5 mins.

改了錯字 I really like the location that has uncountable dining and shopping closeby. About 4 different transit stations within walk distance so you can reach Tokyo station in 20 minutes. The bed is comfortable. Wifi connection is great. One BIG factor: receptionists are friendly and helpful to tourists. If you don't mind, there's some suggestions I can make. For instance, if you can install hooks near the entrance, perhaps strategically placed behind the door, for guests to hang handbags, coats, and smaller. It is out of the way, and it helps the guest to locate their items in and out of the room. I suggest considering fold-down or sliding tables/desks to provide flexible workspace. There is no lamp near TV, hard to read or write in the room.
