It was a good location where I was about a 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. This was use for catching a train onwards to other cities via JR. I opted for solo (single) room. It was clean and had enough space for a few days. The shower was great and there were amenities you could take and were available. The hotel has a small entrance next to family mart and then you take the lift to 2nd floor for reception. I managed to forward my luggage onwards to the next hotel via an online form but needed to pay cash upfront at the reception. The front desk staff were helpful and very professional.

We really enjoyed our short stay this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable, although the room was very small. The breakfast was not free but it had a wide variety of options and everything was very tasty.

Nice transit hotel close to Tokyo Station and other shops. Room was cozy and functional. Downstairs lobby they had drinks and snacks in the evening available as part of hotel room fee so you should want for anything if your really on a budget (but your in Tokyo so go eat out and have fun) lol. Did not have a chance to try morning goodies and drink as we left around 6 am. We would stay again.

Great location : close to Tokyo station . Clean . Great breakfast options...The single room really tiny , and ( in my case ) the window was facing the wall of the nearby building . No view:) ... THOUGH : don't get there before 3:00 pm ! You need to check in a little earlier , it won't happen . Unless you are willing to pay for 1 or 2 hours of early check in . I think it won't hurt them if ( having the rooms available already ...) would be a little flexible with the check in time :( ... But this aspect it happens at any hotel you would go , in Japan ...

It was quite a walk from Tokyo Station, and it wasn’t easy to carry all our luggage there. However, I chose this location for convenience when heading to the airport as Asakusa Station is right outside the hotel. Ginza Station is also just steps away if you don't want to walk all the way to Tokyo station. The front desk offers disposable slippers and foot patches upon request, which was a nice touch. This was the most expensive hotel I stayed at during my trip (out of three), but unfortunately, it was my least favorite, probably due to the location. The Wi-Fi was very slow, averaging around 10 Mbps, while my eSIM had speeds closer to 100 Mbps, so I continued using my eSIM instead. Bathroom was a bit too dark.
