The A/c is right over the bed which makes it a little uncomfortable. Breakfast price shown online does not match the actual charge which then came as a surprise. They are inconsistent about asking for breakfast payment before or after which is annoying. Rooms are cramped. Very nice location right next to Ginza and restaurants and trains. Polite staff.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch — especially the housekeeping staff. The room was spotless every single day, with thoughtful attention to detail that made me feel truly cared for. Double bed room comfortable

Room is quite big and comfortable for a hotel in Tokyo. There is a lounge to have a coffee and rest your feet. Staffs are friendly and polite.

The staff is beyond awesome!!! They go the extra million miles to ensure that the customers are well taken care of. Full delicious breakfast, tea time mid morning and afternoon, happy hour, and late night soup is offered everyday. Lau at the night reception is great! I loved my stay here and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location is excellent. 10 minute walk to Tokyo station to catch the bullet train. 20-25 minute walk to the Emperor’s palace and gardens. 15 minute walk to catch the Sky Hop Bus for sightseeing. This hotel is Wonderful.

Clean room. Very helpful staff but found it difficult to sleep due to air conditioning machine (or at least i think it was) all night and the room stuffy quickly as the room air conditioning was too noisy to leave on all night
