We stayed for over three weeks and loved it. The rooms are clean and neat, the location great and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Not only do they all speak really good English they are so accommodating and helpful. I would strongly recommend staying here.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms were a bit small but we weren't there much anyways. Hotels is an easy 2 minute walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants near by to grab something if needed.

Staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location is quiet and peaceful, just a few train stops away from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Staying here was the best decision we could have made for our party of 7.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The all in one laundry machine was a nice bonus and meant we could back a lot lighter. The hotel is steps away from the subway so we could get downtown easily. There are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby as well.

A fantastic stay and living experience for a family of four with two kids! We made full use of the in room washer/dryer and kitchen amenities in the room. Rooms were well laid-out and clean, including regular cleaning and towel/bathroom clean outs during our weeklong stay. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to prices for adjoining suites at traditional hotels we sought to use before finding East Square. Staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to using East Square on future visits to Tokyo!

Cozy accommodations in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to subway stations, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants. Staff is very friendly and can speak English well. This accommodation is like having a small apartment with kitchen, laundry, dining area, TV room and balcony. Definitely recommend if you are comfortable being outside touristy areas.

We are a party of 6. I appreciated that this hotel could accommodate all of us together. The kids really enjoyed their stay and they thought the beds were very comfortable to sleep on! The staff is the sweetest (Yu-San and MoMo San). THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!
