Staff members were exceptional. They bend over backwards to help me in resolving my flight booking. This hotel prides on outstanding customer service that is not easily available in today’s world. Location is unbeatable. Get out of the hotel turn right, walk about less than a minute ichiran ramen and 7-eleven are there for good eating, add another 20 seconds Asakusa train station is available for access to anywhere in Tokyo. Senso-ji temple is less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast is ample for different taste buds and the room is in good size with excellent soundproofing. Will for sure stay here again in the future. Ohayo gozaimas to the wonderful staff of Akasuka Tobu hotel.

Ideal location convenient and close to subway and short walking distance to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Skytree etc, with many shopping and dining options at your doorstep. Only comment like others have noted is small rooms, so pack light. Will certainly be staying here again on our next visit.

This is definitely a hotel I would return to: the staff are fluent in English and always ready to help with any inquiries, the nearest train station entrance is just a stone's throw away, and it's only a couple of stations to Ginza, Akihabara, and Ueno. You can also take a walk along the river or walk over to the Skytree, and the absolute best things are the shopping streets right behind the hotel and the proximity to Sensō-ji, if you have nothing to do you could still spend a couple of hours roaming the shopping streets or walking to Don Quijote! I will definitely be returning to stay at this hotel when I return to Tokyo!

Perfect room for family of four except the windows opens up to interior of the hotel facing other windows. So if you are at a lower floor, it will be dark. Other than that the location is perfect because its convenient and very close to shops, restaurants and transsportation.

We loved the location of this hotel, very close to the Ginza line and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite close to the Asakusa line making access to the airports direct and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They offer daily cleaning (full on some days and partial on others). You let them know what your preferences are via a tablet in the room. We unfortunately forgot to turn off the "do not disturb" setting on ours one day and didn't get the room cleaned but that was our fault, not theirs! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay, this hotel is close to train stations and is walking distance to several major attractions. The room was spacious and clean and the view from our room was spectacular. The staff were very helpful with storing our luggage on our last day.
