It was a lovely two day retreat. Room was clean, amenities were good. The view was lovely. Reception staff very pleasant. All in all a very pleasant stay. 😊

Location is very convenient and fabulous. Staff were very nice. Room (family loft) was very clean, spacious and comfort. Amenities are decently good and enough for families except no phone and not enough storage to keep our staff organized. Baseboard heating was quite enough for winter time while there wasn't A/C that I am not sure how the room temperature could be controlled in Summer. Hotel included a few buildings that connected to each others by wooden hallways and boardwalks. One EV charging was there, next to the office. Two parking lots for free and area looks safe while you should watch for wildlife.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The place is a little past it's 'best by' date, but it's clean, the rooms are spacious and it's in a great location. If you're looking for good value in the Ucluelet/Tofino region, this is it.

The room was great. While a little dated it looks like it had been cared for. There could be some very minor maintenance done and just a little finishing trim would really add some nice touches. That said, the value for price is unmatched in the area. We will be staying here again for sure.
