If you like the privacy of not having neighbors close by and living away from town but close enough to zip into town when you want this is a great place. It is also completely solar powered and off grid but with all the amenities of town homes. It is quiet at night with the predominant sounds being that of the desert and ocean as we are two miles up the canyon from the beach. Mi casa es su casa so you can build a fire in the pit, bbq on your big deck, or stargaze from your hammock. We are also 100% solar so you just need to be aware of lights that are not being used. A car is necessary

A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a desk chair, and housekeeping is provided on request.
