Ocean view room was great for whale watching but somewhat limited by palm trees. Been several times, gorgeous property, great staff and excellent food (albeit a little pricy, but to be expected). While outside of the hotel’s control, the loud music at the weekend from the fishing camp next door and the jeeps camped right outside our room on the beach somewhat spoiled the serenity vibe.

Gorgeous hotel

Gorgeous property. It was better than the four seasons in east cape for less. The service was incredible. Highly recommend. We had a beach front hotel with a jacuzzi and it was well worth it.

The service is next level ! From A to Z ! Great food as well. The guardian Raul welcomed us knowing our names, the waiters Edna and the 2 Alfonso were awesome. We'll come back for sure. My only remark would be to get better maintenance of the road leading to the hotel, was a bit rough, but nothing to worry that much.

We are huge fans of Hotel San Cristobal and will continue to come back. Did our wedding there 5yrs back and have returned a handful of time. The property itself is beautiful, but the secret sauce is in the phenomenal customer service.
