Bad service

There was a scorpion in our room. Had to call several times to get an answer from front desk. They offered to switch the room but told us if we found another scorpion in the new room they wouldn’t do anything. No TV remote.

Great option in Tlalpajuhua

Our room was HUGE. It was actually larger than our home. 😂 The bed was comfy and the shower was hot. No critters were in the room. Everything else was a bonus. My only complaint was that the touristic aspect of the town was practically shut down during the week. That was disappointing.

Visit to santas village

Right in the center with parking which made it very convenient. Room was large. Bathroom bit antiquated but very clean. Linens were fine. Did not eat at the restaurant so no opinion of that.

La habitación huele a mucha humedad, y nos dijeron que a las 6 30 empezaba un show de luces y empezó a las 7 y nos dijeron que ya que se acabara ese de esa villa empezaba el otro show en el hotel y cuando llegamos ya lo habían terminado, en cuanto al personal no te da la información correcta, considero que si deberían de respetar los horarios para que las personas que solo nos quedamos un día podamos asistir a ambos shows. También no te dicen que cierran la recepción y que solo te dan acceso por la parte de atrás que es por donde entras a la villa. Considero que esa información deberían de hacerla saber
