Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price.

We recently visited from Las Vegas, this place was very comfy! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, SHOWER WAS WARM AND STAYED WARM (big plus!). Check-in was very fast. We always felt very safe!

Nos gusto mucho la atencion, la habitacion y las instalaciones. La alberca nos tocó a temperatura ambiente (fria) pero estuvo adecuada la estancia. El descanso fue reparador ya que aisla muy bien el ruido externo. La politica de "Cero Humo" me parecio de lo mejor. SIn duda regresaremos.

Habitación 327 que nos tocó el clima no enfriaba y pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron la 111 y tampoco enfrió , solo nos ofrecieron un abanico y fue como pudimos pasar la noche pero estaba más fresco en el pasillo al salir del cuarto, de ahí en fuera el hotel bien y las comidas bien

Las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con las imagenes, el cuarto tenia varios contactos sin funcionar, la cortina del baño estaba rota, habia luces en la habitacion que no encendian, la alberca estaba sucia y dijeron que era porque no funcionaba la caldera (cosa que no tenia nada que ver) y el elevador esta en pesimas condiciones

El desayuno es súper delicioso la atención es maravillosa la alberca considero que le falta un poco más de limpieza pero bueno en los días que estuve había demasiada gente usándola así que creo que era normal pero en general es un buen hospedaje lo que sí las habitaciones se sienten un poco calientes pese al clima
