The staff is very friendly i speak Spanish a little bit but they were very helpful in translating for me specially the lady from the reception Blanca very sweet lady and thanks to carol the housekeeper for the good maintenance of the room v nice options for the breakfast, lot of shopping center closed by and food store i will come back in Mexico soon i will definitely book the same hotel.

Property: Staff friendly was friendly, however elevators are slow. Room: nice overall, but it had a cracked window, the hand soap pump didn’t work, the shower was covered in visible soap scum, and the room’s only TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi so we couldn’t watch anything.
