Service and staff were excellent. Room and bed were very good and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lady in charge was excellent. Maintenance gets a failing mark due to (1) our phone did not work, (2) our room key never worked due to dead battery which was reported and took a while to get it fixed, (3) door handle from fitness center back into hall was missing and people could get stuck in there.

The hotel was clean and generally fine. It’s just not near any amenities (but it is close to Kennedy Space Center). Also, only one elevator was operational, which caused huge backups going up and down. They didn’t warn about that prior to cancellation deadlines.

Manuel checked us in and he was the best!!!! Smiling face polite patient and our every need was looked after. after starting out our day at 8 am and travelling and getting to the hotel at 11 Pm Manuel made our day even better. We felt so good. Pack and play was in the room. We had baby supplies delivered they were there. Our room was spotless beds extremely comfortable pillows perfect not to hard not too stuff. Everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Grace looked after everything and such a lovely lady. Our family was very imp. Very quiet slept well. Thank you for the best stay!!!
