A very hard Bed spring, Toilet & bath tub had bad stains and the room smells like water mold. Vent were dusty, their iron & board were terribly dirty. Their receptionists were not the friendliest. Older guy on shift was defensive and had no ounce of respect for clients. My pregnant wife was not accorded the help I envisioned. My first experience with Red Roof Boston made me go back but never again. Sorry had to put my kids through such an end to their summer break.

Not worth the money! Spend the extra $ else where

Pro-quiet Con-bed uncomfortable, shower creeks and I felt like I was going to fall through and dirt! hair dryer doesn’t work (sounded like about to blow up), doesn’t look like pictures, sheets dirty. We slept in clothes above the sheets. I took pictures of it all! We only stayed for a night and thank god. We checked in at 7pm so it was too late to try to find somewhere else. Spend the extra $100 up the street. Do not book! I asked to speak to someone higher up and was told they weren’t there. Will be contacting the hotel and possibly trying to get some kind of refund on this horribleeeeeeeeeee hotel. Don’t do it!

Very unpleasant experience

Unpleasant stay, room smells like cigarettes which isn't good for non smokers w/ asthma. Floor wasn't clean, shoes stuck to it. Dry, dirty, stained washcloth left from previous customer. Bath towel had stain on it. Bathroom tub was dingy and needs resurfacing. Toilet paper holder was missing, toilet paper was stacked on back of toilet which fell in the toilet. Return vent in the bathroom has dirt build up and handle to get in bathtub was dirty and stained. Please see pictures!

The man at the desk was nice, but the room was not clean and there were stains on the blankets. If they just did a thorough cleaning and maybe a paint job it would be so much better.

They had roaches. My husband rented it they didn’t give us the rm we booked. The air did not work it was so hot the room floors was wet from humidity. My husband ask to switch room they claim it was the last one. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau. On them too. HOTELS.COM should let customers know about these businesses requiring another deposit

There were a good amount of small cockroaches coming out of the crevices in the walls and floor. In addition, the bathtub did not drain well when showering.

Gross.

Floor in the room was sticky. Carpet felt wet and also sticky. I could feel the springs on one side of the mattress. There was body hair in the bathtub. Cigarette burn on the comforter. Place is really really run down. Something must have happened recently because cops patrol the lot at night. Overall was very gross and hopeful they can clean this up because the location is super convenient.
