"The location is excelent, within walking distance everywhere - beach, restaurants, shopping, theatre. Elena was very good providing information and making arrangements for car rental, restaurants and trip to Saba. The hotel is on the pricey side. We stayed in previous in lower cost lodging options who are similar in quality and services, although location can’t be beat. "

"Let me be forthright: You cannot stay here. Why? The pervasive rotting seaweed stench from the Pinel Island Ferry Dock smells like a sewerage processing plant. I offered to negotiate with the “Host” a fair settlement equal to 3.5 days of the 7 days I booked despite the less than 20 hours I spent on the property. However the “Host” would not communicate. He had every excuse why he couldn’t smell it, why I was wrong, why the wind was blowing the wrong way, or that I did not like nature. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! When there is a problem, the “Host” will find any way to make excuses and not address it! RUN AWAY VRBO RENTERS!!!!"

"Excellent property… very limited views / no water views from the main house and my room but I’m sure others are good. The room itself was excellent, well appointed, modern and useful with USB charging ports bedside, both sides, and at the desk. TV had Apple and other apps ready in English! Shower was excellent with hot water and plenty of bath towels and beach towels, a firsr in a SXM boutique hotel for me! The staff is very accommodating with getting me a taxi and facilitating my rental car return when the car died. The breakfast was delicious. Common area is stunning, modern and inviting. Highly recommend. "

"We stayed here with another family for 3 nights. There was plenty of room for everyone. We spent most of our time at the villa enjoying the beautiful, comfortable, and very well manicured back yard and pool area. We took advantage of the super short walk to Kakao beach bar and got beach chairs for the day from Cedric who was recommended to us by Nicholas. Cedric took great care of us and the beach was beautiful. There are water toys to rent and plenty to walk to. We also walked to the shopping/restaurant area for groceries and dinner. The proximity to all these amenities was perfect. Nicholas’ villa was very clean and had everything we needed to cook a couple breakfasts and one dinner. We would highly recommend Nicholas’ villa to anyone wanting a chill beach vacation with an amazing outdoor space. Nicholas was easy to contact and answered all of our questions quickly.
