"The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast was what I expected from a hotel complimentary buffet. We were in room 314 which was close to the elevator, and we we heard that noise during the night. The bed was also so soft, it was so sunken, and very low to the ground. But overall stay was very good."

"The stay itself was average, but there was an uncomfortable incident during checkout where a guest was yelling and loudly complaining about the checkout time. Security had to be called, and the front desk agent even threatened to involve the police. The situation made the atmosphere feel tense and, honestly, a bit low-class. On top of that, being charged $30 per night for parking felt excessive and disappointing. That added cost, along with the incident at checkout, definitely impacted the overall experience."

"They put us on the first floor. Windows did not lock so it could be opened at any time. Carpets were filthy with stains all over them. Bathroom needs major updates as there were cracks in the walls and ceiling. Just a bad experience. "
