Well no one likes to be checking into a room for 250.00 and hearing the couple beside you complaining of finding bed bugs in their room, and more then one. I was told to prepay 15 dollars for room incidentals. Why was this not part of the fees or given back after we left? Then being told the hours the pool is open, which is one reason you stayed at this particular hotel only finding out 30 mins later there is a sign on the entrance saying it is closed due to rennovations. And you can see the clear water, the heat in the room from the heated pool, and no reason for it to be closed. Staff were friendly. When I went to check out I was told i could not get a receipt, because i booked through expedia. So if you, like me needed it work expenditures be aware Holiday express, won't give or help you get it

Room: nice layout, comfortable *issue with many house flies in the window- maintenance handled right away, offered to live us to another room but the room was great just needed to remove the flies. comfortable bed as always Parking- Free, no problem finding parking Breakfast- good and plentiful with hot and cold options Staff- courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel under renovations but it did not impede our stay.

Dirty room, no AC, no tv, falling apart. Extremely overpriced. How is this allowed in 2025. Had to move to another room and the only difference was it had a semi functional AC unit that literally vibrated the walls. Awful

The room was beautiful. Staff were welcoming and helpful. If I were to describe what I didnt like, I would mention the staff may have been too helpful. While sitting in the lobby I heard the desk clerk give out a room number to someone who said they had a friend staying at the hotel. I know its easy to give away that information but I would consider teaching the staff to call the room to confirm the guest is welcome. There is no elevator key card security for safety, anyone can go up. Front desk should ensure guest safety by calling the guest.

The service at the hotel was very good . Hotel next to highway....so very loud. My biggest complaint is that I booked a room with a walk in shower because my wife just had surgery on her ankle and was on crushes. Not impressed that when we booked into Holiday Inn they had none available. NOT COOL!! NOT GOOD!! NOT IMPRESSED!!
