Well no one likes to be checking into a room for 250.00 and hearing the couple beside you complaining of finding bed bugs in their room, and more then one.
I was told to prepay 15 dollars for room incidentals. Why was this not part of the fees or given back after we left?
Then being told the hours the pool is open, which is one reason you stayed at this particular hotel only finding out 30 mins later there is a sign on the entrance saying it is closed due to rennovations. And you can see the clear water, the heat in the room from the heated pool, and no reason for it to be closed.
Staff were friendly.
When I went to check out I was told i could not get a receipt, because i booked through expedia.
So if you, like me needed it work expenditures be aware Holiday express, won't give or help you get it
