Stayed during snowmageddon 2025 on December 28th-30th and even with the extreme weather conditions the staff were more than happy to help in any way possible. The manager even opened up the road in and out which allowed me to get to my doctors appointment. 10/10 will be returning.

The room had no heat and we had to sit by the fireplace with our winter coats and tuques for 3 hours until they gave us another room. From a suite to 2 double beds. The receptionist was overwhelmed with calls and no one to help her.
