October 2025. Biggest problem is there no hot water, water is barely warm and I had to take cold shower for 9 days. This place is not clean and disgusting. I text the host and sent her the filthy sofa pictures with hair and furr to vacuum the sofa when I checked in, but she did nothing, she said thanks and never called back. One of the pillow had no pillow case, there are stains and smell terrible. They should change all the pillows. Bed sheets probably is not changed each time, I didn’t smell clean downy smell on bedding. Toilet seat is very loose and almost fell off, not safe. Rug corner is rolled up by bed and it’s a trip hazard. Not enough paper towel, trash bags, toilet paper. I asked for toilet paper in the morning, host told me she will deliver it, but didn’t get it until the next day. No room cleaning service for 9 days, used the same towel. There’s washer, but no dryer so you cannot wash towels or clothes, no soap for the washer, there nothing to hang your clothes. Dryer vent is open and drain is open, terrible sewer smell from utility closet. Shower handle comes off, there’s no screw. Entry door handle is loose, not safe. Sliding door lock is broken. Room face main street and loud noise is heard all night until 4 am. There’s construction noise from in the morning. Positive thing is location and facility is fairly new. Host can be little more attentive and respond in timely manner. Side note; I stayed in units in this building that are nicer and cleaner.
