The size of the room was great. The amenities could be better. There is a fridge, stove and microwave. However the pans are not great, and there is not enough plates or cutlery. The decor is a little outdated. The tv in the living room is not a smart tv. The hot tub by the pool looked like it needed to be clean. The Oxxo was convenient.

The property was nice but the restroom toilet seat that was horrible really small didn't match the toile , 🚽. And the kitchen was a missing griddle, frying pan, plates, paper towels, cooking spatulas, and several other kitchen utensils. The phones in the room doesn't work the phone's in the room doesn't work so you have to walk to the receptionist.

I had a 3 day stay and the property was clean in a quiet and safe area. There is a store, a restaurant, and a bar inside premises. Yes, it’s on the older side which gives Spanish Villa vives. The golf course amenities are a separate fee for those that want to play golf. I give it a good review because no one bothered us, we got extra towels upon request, and most importantly, there was hot running water to shower. I would recommend this resort.
