Very nice hotel and location my husband and I came back for Dental work and spa services and a couple getaway for Valentines Day. Shuttle service to were you want to go and pick up. Andres was very helpful and gave my husband and I great service 👍 to our appointments However we stayed on the 7 floor view to the street my husband and I didn’t get a night sleep due to the traffic noise. Also had issues with keeping my room cool had to call maintenance two times the first day and second day . Will remember to next time request view of the pool .

Our stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service. From the moment we arrived, there was little acknowledgment or hospitality from the front desk. It felt unorganized and inattentive. The most frustrating part was having our couples massage rescheduled because of staffing shortages. For a hotel and spa of this caliber, proper scheduling and staffing should be a priority. While we were offered access to amenities, it did not make up for the inconvenience or the disruption to our plans. The property itself has potential, but the lack of attention to detail and overall service experience does not reflect a 4-star standard.

I transferred to the Quartz Hotel after a very difficult experience at another hotel, and the difference was immediate. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was great, and the rooms were beautiful with large windows and stunning views. When I arrived, I was shaken from an earlier traumatic experience, and although I didn’t explain what had happened, one staff member sensed it and offered a hug before taking me to my room. As a woman traveling alone, that small act of compassion meant everything. The team truly went above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the care and comfort they provided.
