The hotel, room and staff are exelent. I will stay here again the parking however was super full and my truck stuck out 31" so I parked a bit more insde a crosshatched area and I got a boot on my truck, it sounds the guards had a chil on their shoulder, no big deal it was 260.00 pesos, but just the way they treated me, really nice plaza should have friendlier staff.

It’s was great!! But unfortunately a little noisy loud music with the bars !! Until 2:00am or 3:00am but to be honest it’s doesn’t bother me at all!!

When I made the reservation, I wanted two bags when I came to check in the person in the front desk gave me one bedroom and they told me that that’s all they have and they were being so rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back again.

I arrived around 1:45pm and they told me to comeback at 3:00pm to check in, when I came back at 2:50pm there was a line of people trying to check in. It took us almost an hour to get to our SMALLEST room I ever seen, then I called the receptionist to ask for a hair dryer and they said they would bring it and no one came they also charge us for parking. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
