As soon as you step inside your single-level villa, you will feel at home! Discover a bright and pristine open floor plan that opens onto a private patio with impressive views of the beach and a nice dining area - perfect for outdoor entertainment! Lounge in the air-conditioned living area equipped with a smart TV, or surprise your guests with a delicious homemade treat prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. An adjacent dining table also stands ready for meals or family game nights.

Things to Know
Since we are an eco-friendly place, please note that the pool is heated by solar energy. Therefore, we can't guarantee the water temperature.
Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from entering the jacuzzi, even under parental supervision. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine.
This vacation rental is pet-friendly. The fee is $35/pet per reservation and paid in cash upon check-in at the security gate. We cannot receive payment over the phone or online. There is not a weight restriction.

You must register prior to check-in. (More details sent via email post booking.) Daily fees apply to all guests who do not register.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
