We had to check-in late because the rooms weren't ready by 3pm. In the lobby there we're 4 gentlemen who worked there seemingly cracking jokes at one of the customers' expense assuming they did not understand them. They did this in a manner resembling bullies in gradeschool and it was very unprofessional and not a good look for the hotel. Next time the maids fall behind in their duties they should send these 4 gentlemen to go help them.

The check in process was lengthy. The property asks you to check in before online to speed up in person check in process. In the online check in process I was asked to provide a window of arrival and I selected 12pm-3pm. I arrived a little early and the did not allow me to check in and that I had to wait until 3 pm. I went to the market and run some errands. I returned to the property around 4:30 to check in and I had to wait about half an hour to check in. Upon checking in my mom’s room was ready but my room was not ready as they were still in the process of cleaning it. They asked me to wait or drop off my bags in my mom’s room until my room was ready. Upon going into my mom’s room the wireless keypad wouldn’t work and my mom had to go downstairs for another key. She came back upstairs and tried again but the door wouldn’t open. They had to call maintenance to open the door which he did with a screw driver on the hole in the door that was covered by a sticker. I do not find that very safe as anyone with a screwdriver or something long and pointy can open your room door. He changed the batteries to the keyless door and it still wouldn’t work with a new set of batteries. We had to go back downstairs to get switched rooms. After a long drive and wanting to rest we had to deal with this inconvenience upon settling at the hotel. The positive side was that there was parking for your car and they have an attendant at night watching who goes in and out of the parking garage.
