Felt very rushed to check out of tge room at 11am, even though i did not ger there till midnight, only 12 hours ealier. Staff vehemently refused to give me even15 minutes extra grace period to shower and vacate the room. I had to pretty much put my clothes on my wet body and go to the lobby to check out.

I loved this hotel. everythinf is very good, staff is prefessional. I got the room without windows so it was hard to wake up because it was complete darkness so if it's important for you, ask at the just check in. overall, I loved the place, the location and the amenities. Recomend to go to Piedra Santa restaurant (2-3 minute walk), where you can try grasshpopers in avocado smash and octopus tacos and also a speak easy bar with mixology drinks called Border Bloom (1 minute walk)

A very convincing place to stay close to everything you need, crossing border TJ centro arch.the staff very friendly and attentive, you have a free valet parking everybody very nice . The hotel has everything that you need I feel very safe.
