The picture on the website isn't like the hotel at all. We had roaches in our room, the beds were full size instead of queen, and some other guest was banging on our door, demanding we open it. He eventually figured out it was the wrong suite and left.

I didn’t get the room I booked. The door knob was getting fixed, then said it was only one night and it was not, on the third night they had the knob fixed but the AC was not working. So I end up staying on a room i didn’t booked, and was drastically downgraded from a 2 bedroom suite to a standard room.

This hotel is for men that are waiting for visa appointment at consul , no Towels in the room i asked the fronk dest for one and she handed me an old one . The rooms are clean but linens are old and stained. they noise didnot let me sleep. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Sunio hotel was very nice. The continental breakfast that was included with the stay at the hotel was good. The breakfast included eggs with sausage, fried beans, chilaquiles and coffee. I would stay at Sunio Hotel agan in the future. Thank you.

The accommodations were clean. The staff exhibited a mixed performance. Upon check-in, I received a key without any additional information, leading to difficulty in locating my room. Other staff members, however, were helpful and well-informed, resulting in a 50/50 experience with the team. Breakfast was complimentary, but required daily voucher collection from the office. This was a minor inconvenience, primarily due to a lack of clear communication regarding voucher requirements. The pool facilities appeared excellent, but the limited presence of families at the hotel did not foster a vacation-like atmosphere. The majority of rooms seemed to be occupied by business travelers. Overall, the stay was satisfactory, though I would suggest it may not be the most suitable option for families.
