Isaac was a cool front desk associate, switched rooms because mine had a little smell to it due to my neighbors. He also told me all the good spots to eat. Great and safe location next to everything.

No parking available for hotel guests, we had to park at a 3rd party parking lot (yes, we had to pay). Construction going on outside so it looks like the street is closed and its noisy. We got to our room and there were no towels in our room so we had to ask for them. The shower door did not close so water came out and also didnt have a bath mat so we had to use a towel for the floor. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbor through the walls.

Very clean but noisy. Doors close loudly and echo. I could hear people talking and laughing in the interior of the building till late hours. Then there was some hammering in the morning. For the price it’s hard to complain but if you’re noise sensitive, I would choose somewhere else for now. Perhaps as they continue to do work on the hotel, it will get better. First place to start is figuring out how to quiet the doors when they close. By the way, the front desk staff were nice and efficient. No complaints there.
