One day the water was brown out of the pipes, the next day was no water at all. Refused to refund. We just left and found another hotel. Also super loud, more for families or large groups staying up all night partying.

Other is easy rio then an easy Centro- when booking on Expedia it pushed me from on location to the other from centro over to Eazy Rio. No one spoke English but was texting me English they wouldn’t just transfer reservation over (but did the first time that happen without an issue, they made me buy a whole other stay at the correct hotel pay again saying the would refund but then nope then $120 penalty but still have not refunded anything :/

This hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with really close proximity to the San Ysidro-Tijuana border. The personal is friendly and always willing to assist with anything. The hotel is pet-friendly and has all kinds of family entertainment such as a pool table, a ping pong table, a gym and a projector movie theater. The mini kitchens are well equipped and there are stores & restaurants at a walk distance. My family and I stayed there on our way to Valle de Guadalupe then on our way back to California.

The overall stay was due to friendly and helpful staff. First room the stove didn't work & we saw too many bugs, second room was much cleaner, stove worked, beds are comfortable, it's spacious, the toilet is too close to shower but all can't be perfect :) it was odd to have front wall be glass so we could see the lights of lobby but we got used to it. Could use more kitchen tools but overall I say all was good & we would stay again. The laundry room had 2 washers & 2 dryers, 1 washer was broke but I didn't know until i was using it but the staff was helpful & patient & waited to lock up until my laundry was done. Great location too!
