No accessible electrical plugs desk had no receptacle nearby. Microwave provided but not plugged in only option would be to unplug fridge,tv. Receptacle was behind a large armoire with said tv and fridge in that. Lamp on bedside table had 2 receptacle but not conveint when working at desk. SIgn out front said renovated? Furnishings clearly not part of that, mattress, carpet and wall paper only updates in the room i had. One postives staff all pleasent and helpful. Resturant attached great Mexican food. I travel to Thunder Bay 2-3 times per year would not stay at this property again.

Hotel is dated and dirty. Room was gross, if I hadn’t been on the road for 11 hrs I would not have stayed. Bed was like an army cot. Bathroom was not clean, stained, and the shampoo bottle had hair hanging off it.

It was overpriced for what you get. There was absolutely no hot water. And the place is very run down. The staff was lovely and it was quiet in the hotel. For a cheaper price, maybe I could get over not being able to shower. But for $175 a night for a Wednesday in Nov. too much.

The entire facility is stuck in the 1970's. There were holes in the doors, broken electrical sockets, filthy hallways, horribly filthy room carpets and i really did not appreciate having to take a shower only to find someone else's pubic hair all over the shower walls. This place needs a total revamp or just razed to the ground.

Checking in was quick. The room was terrible it smelled musty the curtains had rips in them We have one bath towel, no soap and when I found someone they said they would see what they could do to get us more towels. More towels and soap was delivered. The bathroom condition is old and disgusting the tub had huge chunks out of it and rust on the tiles. We felt dirty the entire time we stayed one night only thank goodness. The parking lots was dirty and our door looked like someone tried to break in chunks missing. I will never stay at a Ramada property again
