I question if this is a Best Western Anymore - no longer Best Western signage on property. I would say do not stay here, the room we received was not at all like is shown on line. The breakfast was NOT good - sausage and eggs were pretty much inedible. Your car needs to be locked up with a 6 foot security gate around the lot if that tells you anything about this property. Definitely not worth what we paid. Keep Looking!!

Drugs and homelessness all around... very sad, indeed. I feared for my safety when I took the dog out. They're going to have to use more than retro wallpaper to fix this baby.

The hotel was quiet and overall nice. However, the windows couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit stuffy and had a slight smell due to the lack of ventilation. On the positive side, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Still, I had a comfortable stay overall.

Nice place for the $. Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff used air freshener in room that was awful and gave us both a headache. Hotel rectified the issue putting an ozone machine in the room while we were out

Very nice renovation of old motel with great decorating. Fixtures, doors, furniture very nice and functional. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Room and property very clean. Room quiet except for when train goes through town. Signage is poor and it is not clear were to park to check in and unload. The area for this has bad traffic flow. Parking long term is across the street in fenced lot that is easy access. Breakfast was petrified eggs soupy oatmeal and no fresh coffee. Location great for walking to lakefront or downtown to restaurants.
