Guests will have access to their entire unit and the public basement where there is laundry.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that each reservation includes one parking space per booking. Should you plan to bring more than one vehicle, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. This will enable us to make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your additional vehicle(s) and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation.

This property is part of a multi-unit building and there are other units currently being rented by other people on Airbnb. There is a main entrance to the building that leads to an common area, which is shared. You may have to climb stairs, ask host for details.

The unit you are staying in is private and not shared.

Please note that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Early Check-in/Late Check Out is available at $20/hr upon request.

You are staying in a home, and not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

Deposits may be required.
