Super nice employees, very clean, all new and well Maintained. Great beds and room amenities. Will be staying here for all my Thunder Bay trips. Some gluten free options for breakfast would be great but I got by with the eggs, bacon and fruit no problem.

This is a beautiful new property. We had dinner in their bar/ restaurant and it was really good food and drinks. The dinner was abit pricy but for us the convenience was worth it. We will defiantly return.

The hotel is only 1 month old, and pristine as it should be. The rooms were comfortable and well laid out, the gym is better than most. The pool looked nice, simple but nice. The location is convenient for getting around Thunder Bay and the breakfast was a well stocked continental. This will be my go to hotel in Thunder Bay going forward.

Brand new hotel - lovely room and common spaces, staff were excellent. My only criticism was the $100 pet fee - much higher than expected as most hotels charge $25 to $40 - I was told this was because Hyatt is a higher end hotel (?)

We were so happy to stay here!! The staff really cared that we had an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a studio & it was brand new & so nicely arranged. It had everything we needed to rest after a long road trip. We felt so refreshed here! It was clean & comfortable. We felt it was a safe area too compared to other parts of town. The breakfast was awesome…we actually had a healthy meal with many options. If we had more time, we would’ve tried the pool & gym…it all looked very inviting. We would stay here again!
