Staff was friendly & helped with a smile. Room was clean & well stocked with toiletries, water & coffee machine. Loved the TV which had a personal welcome message displayed. Each day, depending on time of day the message on TV would have a personal message to me. On my departure day the TV had a departure message & thanking me for my visit. My only negative comment would be that the toilet paper was too thin. Double ply would be nicer.

The staff were not caring … ask for a comb , they said they don’t have . the Room key wasn’t opening the parking door .. in -30 degree , I had to call them to open everytime …one of them called “Mike” refused to open and made me to go to lobby .he said they can not open it while all others were doing it in last days …the sink was blocked .. I told them they fixed and again it was blocked .
