The property itself is located in a quiet residential area to relax after a day of sightseeing and has everything you need to enjoy your stay even on a rainy day!

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Full Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check in from the age of 18.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided. Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $20 per night for 1 pet The property is not a hotel. The security desk and the concierge neither support guests nor provide any information related to your reservation. According to the Condominium rules we have to provide copy of your driver s license or passport to Condo Management. Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
