Bolt on the room door was inoperative. Air conditioning for the entire building was out when I checked in, which I didn't discover until I got to my room and asked about it. TV service only has maybe 20 channels, out of hundreds available, and no custom guide, so the guest has to scroll through all of them to find the ones that work. And at first, it seems like the system doesn't work at all, so assistance from the front desk is required, instead of them explaining it at check in.
