Welcome to our stylish one-bedroom Apartment on the third floor of the
Berkenbosch Blokstraat just a short stroll from all of Scheveningen`s
attractions. This charming retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and
convenience for an unforgettable experience.

The Apartment has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities,
featuring a cozy bed, fully equipped kitchen including all essentials cutlery,
cookware, dishwasher, washing machine, four-burner stove,
microwave/oven combo, refrigerator/freezer, and much more. The bathroom
offers a relaxing walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and towel radiator.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of an independent check-in process,
arriving at any time after 3 pm using a pre-communicated entry code. Our
host team is always available to assist with any questions and provide
recommendations for the numerous restaurants, bars, and shops in the
neighborhood.

in front of the building is tram 9, that will take you to the central station in 12 minutes

Please note that your room will only be cleaned before your stay. You can
request additional cleaning and linnen change for a surcharge. Please ask
the host team during your stay.
HOUSE RULES

We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew.
• Please turn off the AC when you go out.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times, a late check-out without notice will result in a €250 euro fine.
• Please take extra care of your keys, use 1 key to open the door and keep 1 in the key box. If locked outside of the apartment and the host team has to come a €120 fine will be applied which needs to be paid immediately. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of €85.
• Please take care of the apartment. You can be held liable to pay for damages that occur during your stay.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the trash out before you leave.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Please use the extractor hood when using the bathroom and kitchen.
• No commercial activities, unless approved by Four Star Apartments.
• Any illegal activities are forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction without restitution
Four Star Apartments are entitled to impose a fine of € 1.000 max or immediate eviction without restitution, based on the offence.
