This recently renovated 4-bedroom cottage is the open-concept top floor of a duplex, about 1,600 square feet of space for up to 10 guests. Gather the whole group around the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, warm up by the huge brick electric fireplace after a day on the hills, or fire up the BBQ on the large deck in summer (May–October, picnic table included).



Family-run since 1964, Tyrolean Village Resorts comes with something no hotel offers: our own private sandy beach on Georgian Bay, reserved for Tyrolean guests only — a 5–7 minute drive for swimming, bonfires and beach days.

The Space:

The cottage is the entire top floor of a duplex — open-concept and bright, with the kitchen, dining and living areas flowing together around the fireplace, and four bedrooms sleeping up to 10 including children. Guests love it for family getaways, ski trips with friends, golf weekends, and bachelor/bachelorette groups (25+ or family groups — see house rules).



You're in the heart of Blue Mountain: the North Chairlift is one minute away, the Village's restaurants and shops are a 10–15 minute walk, and our private Georgian Bay beach — for Tyrolean guests only — is a short drive. Golf courses, Collingwood and Thornbury are all minutes away. Check-in is at our office around the corner, where a real person hands you the keys.



Guest Access:

Every Tyrolean guest gets access to our private sandy beach on Georgian Bay (5–7 minutes by car) — reserved for Tyrolean guests only.



On the property itself: our own volleyball court, soccer field, baseball field, a kids' playground and lots of green space for the group to spread out.



The Neighborhood:

The cottage is at the North End of Blue Mountain, near Toronto Ski Club.



1 min drive to the North Chairlifts.



10-15 min walk to Blue Mountain Village.



Major attractions, like Scenic Caves, the Scandinave Spa is a short (5-15 min) drive away.



Nearest towns- Collingwood and Thornbury- are about 10-15 min drive from the cottage.



Blue Mountain is a great 4 season resort area, with lots to do for visitors of all ages at any time of year!

*WINTER- skiing and snowboarding are all-time favorites, skating, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling,

*SUMMER- hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, golfing (around 10 golf courses in the area)

*FALL- check spectacular fall colors and Apple Pie Trail.

*Choose from many tours, helicopter tours, Hummer adventure tours, fishing tours, and winery/brewery tours being the most popular ones.



Getting Around:

You'll want a car — public transit is minimal in the area. Free parking at the cottage. Local taxis (like Ace Cabs) and rideshares cover nights out in the Village.

Maximum occupancy is 10 people, including adults and children.



Area has STR licenses and 24/7 noise-bylaws
