Very comfortable for a 6 night stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family and friends. One small issue was resolved immediately and was just a communication snafu. Surprisingly good coffee with machines that brew cup by cup. Will return.

The TV in the room did not work!!! Picture and audio bounced on every channel. Someone tried to remedy the issue on our first night. It only worked for 1/2 hour. We were told it was fixed the 2nd night, it was not…same issue! We were told nothing could be done and we should talk to someone in the morning! Very frustrating!

Front desk was kind enough to move me to a room that did not have a bad musty smell, after discovering the latter upon check-in. Breakfast was decent. New room was very clean, especially clean bathroom.

Pancake machine was a hoot! However brown sugar for oatmeal was hard as rock just like the breakfast potatoes. Staff was nearby but no one refreshing or checking on breakfast entrees. Enjoyed the updates to thr room. Room 241 very nice! Fascia board near toilet roll needs repair. Overall I would stay again.

I had a smooth check in. A little later I went back to the front desk to get an extra key, was asked my room number and last name. The associate, knew that I had asked for extra pillows when I made the reservation. I don't think he was even on my reservation on the computer yet to see the note. Asked if I had the extra pillows in the room and were they ok! Often hotels don't even notice this request, never mind remember it or ask about it. Great attention to details!
