Great Bungalow with Amazing View and Communal Pool

Situated in Moraira, this is a bungalow with outstanding views from when you open the front door and walk through to the west facing naya. It over looks the valley, Moraira and beyond and has fantastic sunsets. The villa has one king size room (en-suite) and two further double bedrooms, one with a double bed the second with two singles. These have a large shared bathroom.
The villa has internet and TV with a UK Freeview package, Netflix and Prime with some additional sports channels. Also a TV in the master bedroom with Amazon fire streaming stick.
The naya has a dining area and two lovely reclining chairs to enjoy your meals and relax at lunch or at sunset. The lower patio has space to enjoy the sun with sun loungers and chairs, umbrellas etc also a dinning table for outdoor eating as there is a gas BBQ for your use and to entertain.
The solarium enjoys spectacular views over the valley and has an additional two sun loungers and umbrella in place for your enjoyment. The private communal pool is literally 20 seconds from the front door and has a terrific view over the valley and with communal sun loungers for your use. There is a brand new pellet burner installed for the cooler months. The kitchen has just recently been replaced with new dishwsher and frige along with a hob,oven and everything else you will need.
There is an additional utility room with a washing machine, drinks fridge and wine rack. The property is perfect for the sun during the day from front to back and the beautiful sunrise from the front and sunsets in the evening.
Start the day with a coffee on the front patio in the morning sun then its only short 5min drive to Moraira village and the beach and all the amazing restaurants and bars. For home cooking and essentials, good Supermarkets are within the immediate proximity.
