Clean room. It's right next to Buccees, which is a major plus. Next to that is a movie theater, shopping center, and other restaurants. Everything is within walking distance

Location was great. Buc-ees right across the street and an entire shopping area with restaurants and a-lot of stores 4min walk away. The room itself was fairly small though. And the refrigerator literally smelled like urine which was an automatic star demotion.

Where is housekeeping?

The Hotel was new and neat and clean which we appreciated. It was in a well-lit area and we felt comfortable HOWEVER we were there for 3 nights and housekeeping did not come once. On the first morning we left the Hotel at 10a and when we returned at about 10p, our room had not been cleaned. I called downstairs and requested clean towels at the least and I had to bring the dirty towels downstairs before I could get clean ones for the morning. The same thing happened every day.

I would be mindful that after we checked out they submitted false charged of stained towels when no one wore makeup at all the towels were just used to dry off, They charged us and extra $50 and couldn't provide proof. I do not recommend this hotel at all
