$179 for one night is absolutely ridiculous. The comforter had a stain that we could only imagine was urine or blood. Room 508. When we tried to get breakfast, the heathens and low-life's swarmed the table and it was impossible to get any, so we just left. It didnt look good anyway. For a 20 year hilton honors member, we continue to be disappointed.

It was bad. Under renovation okay. They put us directly below a room you could hear banging and a bad chemical smell. The parking was inadequate. They had a massive gnat problem. Massive, they should repeatedly spray if it is that bad. A gnat flew in my eye even, ridiculous. The one elevator literally smelled like bad bad BO times ten. The shower had pubic hairs in it. I stayed and did not shower. The toliet had poo chunks caked in it long before i used the bathroom there. My sheet had been used previously. There was pubic hair on it and other debris. It was disgusting. I did not shower. I never write reviews. 150 for a Wednesday night in Terre Haute and it was way below any acceptable standard. Parking was inadequate and the spaces were tiny. Literally terrible.

Extremely comfortable stay

The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were so soft! They were remodeling the floor beneath us and we could hear drilling sometimes, but not too often. The staff was extremely nice and helpful!! It was a very pleasant stay!!

The Front desk and all the staff were amazing friendly people and very welcoming. I'd never stay here again as I paid $140 for the room then had to pay $75 for my 11 lb dog... which is absurd and this is on the "franchisee".... I have already reported this Hampton Inn to corporate. I would understand a $25 fee but to pay more than HALF of the room rate for a 11 lb dog is a straight scumbag move! AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!
This was the bathtub...DISGUSTING. Over $200 to stay in this Dump on a Thursday night in Terre Haute Indiana. Haha. What a joke!! This hotel is trash

Clean friendly but very noisy from outside noise

The place was clean and the staff were super friendly, there was construction on the 4th floor but it wasn't an issue and the times for construction will clearly marked but we were on the 6th floor and you could hear every car and motorcycle that went buy not very sound proof at all.

We were asked to leave after sharing the resolution options we would accept following not being able to access the handicap access entrance AND no hot water. We were told "all the rooms" will be like that". Now, the property will not respond to Expedia's attempts to initiate my refund. I now have to file theft charges against the property as well as filing reports for lack of handicap access "yeah we know, it works when it wants to" AND the water temperature being so low that proper hygiene and health of the public is at risk. This property has left me no choice.
