After 3 hours in the lobby, we left. The clerk said she didn’t get the confirmation change. The representative from Expedia was very helpful, but the clerk at the hotel kept saying this happens when you book through Expedia. We stayed two nights they didn’t clean up empty trash or bring fresh towels for the next day. When I called they said I would need to come down and get the towels. I struggled to get the cart on the door with suitcases they just sat there.
