Excelente vista, muy seguro, jardín bonito, las albercas están perfectas, los anfitriones son muy amables. Hay tienda y cocina cerca para desayunar, queda a 15 min aprox. del centro en transporte público o en auto. El único detalle sería la iluminación de la habitación en la noche.

Un lugar muy sencillo pero limpio y cómodo; excelente atención de Abel. Súper vista a los cerros de Tepoztlán. Lo único en contra (o a favor) es que permiten a los huéspedes tener fiestas y reuniones en áreas comunes hasta la hora que quieran. Llévense buenos tapones para oídos (como nosotros) y asunto arreglado. Si regresaríamos a hospedarnos ( costo beneficio)

Queríamos darle una oportunidad al hotel, pero nuestra experiencia fue lo peor que me pasó en un viaje. La primera noche la habitación asignada estaba un poco descuidada no estaba del todo limpio, falta darles mantenimiento. Y la segunda noche hubo cambio de habitación y estaba infestada de cucarachas estaban en el baño y hasta en la cama nos obligó a empacar y abandonar el hotel a esas horas de la noche. Lamentablemente, no podemos recomendar este establecimiento. Falta de limpieza y mantenimiento en general. Y el precio está alto para lo que ofrece el hotel.
